Now, students want to learn the skills, students want to be corporate ready.

The problem is they are very much confused and because of this confusion a nervousness is happening.

So In this video, I am going to talk about 5 skills that a student must develop before he or she starts learning about any hard skills.

Before I proceed further, let me first tell you the difference between a hard skill and a soft skill.

Let's say for example, decision making is a soft skill and I want to learn python programming that may be a hard skill.

So I hope by this time you people have understood the difference between hard skill and soft skill.

In this video I am going to talk about 5 soft skills which a person should learn if he or she want to learn any skills in the world.

So the number 1 skill that a person should learn is about communication.

So when I talk about communication, of course, it's a huge field written communication, verbal communication, oral communication, and all those stuff, right?

So let's say for example, you are sending a message to the recruiter on LinkedIn.

What format should we use that exact format?

So the number 1 thing you have to choose a creative subject.

Number second, introduction about yourself.

Number 4, whatever positions you are applying for projects related to that position.

Number 5, talk about diverse skill set and number 6, ask for an opportunity.

Now all the 6 points I am going to explain to you guys 1 by 1.

Let's say for example, I am applying for a job on LinkedIn or applying for a job via mail or I am sending a video resume to a person's WhatsApp number.

Using the same trick recently 1 of my students have cracked a job in prompt engineering so his same example I'll explain you so that you can relate with it.

Okay number 1 what exactly he have done He have used 1 AI tool called SignalHire.

Using that AI tool, you can directly extract the number of a recruiter from LinkedIn.

So he have got the number of a recruiter from LinkedIn.

Second step is introduction about myself.

Let's say for example hi my name is Umesh.

Now next step how you can help them you don't have to give a detailed introduction about myself So that's why I'm proceeding further to the third step, right?

Recently, I have taken an AI tool and a prompt engineering course in which I have learned about Bart AI, in which I have learned about chat jeopardy, in which I have learned about being AI, in which I have learned about mid journey, DAL A2.

I have made multiple industry oriented projects which is working in the industry right now.

Fourth step is you talk about the project.

Now he was applying for a company which that company was providing resume tracker services to multinational companies which is nothing but they are integrating AI with applicant tracking services, right?

So he said in the fourth step He said that I can be very useful to the company because your company is providing so-and-so services and the major project that I have Done during this tenure is a resume tracker project.

The concepts what I have learned in this project, I think those concepts can be very much useful for your company as well.

Now the number fifth point was diverse skill set.

Yes, so you don't have to, if you're applying for any job, let's say for example, he was applying for a prompt engineer role, so he didn't limited himself only till AI tools or prompt engineering.

He said that I am aware about multiple skills like business consultations.

I have a little bit knowledge about entrepreneurship.

For some of the local businesses, I have done that marketing campaigns.

I have done lead generations for some of the companies.

For some of the companies I have done performance analysis.

For some of the companies I have done the performance marketing.

In the part 1 you are applying for a core domain but when you are talking about the diverse skill set those diverse skill set will make you different from other people that will differentiate you from other people and this is the mistake what most of the people are doing because of which they are not able to get a high-paying job.

Why they are not able to get a high-paying job because they are not having diverse skill set and what is the number 6 step?

The number 6 step is ask for opportunity.

As you can see I don't only have a knowledge of hard skills, but I also have a knowledge of soft skills.

With this combination, I think I'm the best fit for the company.

And using the same format, using the same scripts, he was able to crack a 8 lakh rupees job.

The same format you have to use to communicate via email while making your video resume or while applying a job via LinkedIn or via WhatsApp.

So the number second skill is learn to be resourceful.

I have seen a lot of students saying that sir, I don't have money to enroll for your courses, right?

The same person is telling sir, I don't have money to enroll for your courses from a 20000 rupees mobile phone isn't that a irony why you need to learn to become a resourceful person right I'll give example of 1 of my student who is a part of my high-income skills course right even he didn't had a money but anyhow he enrolled for my high income skills course when he enrolled for my high income skills course by referring my program to his friends he was able to earn a lot of money through affiliate partner program so because of that he have earned money and when he have earned money he have not wasted his money to buy a mobile phone, to buy a camera or to go on a vacation.

Instead, he have used the money to make another resources for himself.

So what exactly he started his drop servicing business means he used to talk to the clients, get the project from them, whether it is a video editing project, whether it is a website development project, whether it is an application development project, and he used to connect those clients with the people who actually can get the work done for them.

And in this process, he was able to make a lot of money.

Understand the person was not having money.

He learned the skills with the affiliate partner program.

He earned the money, he utilized the money for the further cost.

The third skill is learn to be courageous.

Let me give you an example of 1 of my student.

When he became the part of our community, he was staying in Coimbatore.

By following my PPO and internship strategy he was able to get an internship in Pune in Wipro.

So when he was able to get the internship you know what was the point about the internship the point about the internship first of all he have to come from Coimbatore to Pune.

Coimbatore is in Tamil Nadu He was not familiar with Hindi and in Pune people speak in Marathi.

First of all, he has to come from Coimbatore to Pune.

Number second step, the company was not taking care of the accommodation.

The company was not giving him any stipend.

He came from Coimbatore to Pune with whatever money, with whatever money his parents have given him.

He survived in Pune and he completed his internship.

His parents were telling that if the company is not giving any stipend, if the company is not giving any traveling allowances, why you need to go to that company and do the internship.

Instead, you find an internship in Tamil Nadu itself, but he grabbed that opportunity.

Now the same quality when he went for an interview, he presented his same quality in front of the interviewer because he has taken the courage to come from Coimbatore to Pune and work without any stipend and work without any traveling analysis that shows his problem solving skills, whatever problems he has got in Pune because he was not getting any traveling and all of us was not getting any stay.

He has developed that problem-solving skills and he has shown that growth mindset.

I repeat again problem-solving skills and the growth mindsets are the majority skills that most of the company are looking in today's world.

You can't just write about I am a problem solver or I am having a growth mindset in your resume and can get a job.

Every time when you write about your soft skills, you have to prove about your soft skills with the help of a real time example.

And the number fourth skill is Learn, observe and differentiate.

I attend a lot of mastermind events, training events.

The reason I attend a lot of mastermind events and training events because I want to learn from the mentor who have been a mentor for so many people.

Because he is a mentor of so many people, he understands what's working in the industry and what's not working in the industries.

Now, because I also have a community, I have seen a lot of students before becoming the part of my community, they have done a lot of certification courses, but still they are not able to get a job.

It's not about how much time or how much money you are investing.

While investing that time and money, are you learning the industry oriented projects or not?

That's why if you are a part of my community, you might have noticed that we have different, different set of courses, but each courses are explained by different, different kind of people.

So I collaborate with those kind of people who are already working in the corporates and because they are already working in the corporates, they know what kind of projects are demanded in the companies.

So I ask the students to learn about only those projects which are given in the courses.

Because those are tried and tested, which is working in the industries.

So you don't have to use your head to check what is working in the industry and to check what not working in the study because you don't have time to do that.

Your time is very limited and in that limited time you have to learn the right thing to be ahead than your competitors.

That's why I say learn, observe and differentiate yourself.

And the fifth skill that you need to learn is of decision making.
