User A: Subscribed to a plan with 150 minutes per month, has used 60 minutes within 10 days. User A is eligible for a refund as they have not exceeded 50% of their minutes or the 100-minute threshold.
User B: Subscribed to a higher-tier plan with 2000 minutes per month, has used 400 minutes within 10 days. User B is not eligible for a refund as they have exceeded the 100-minute threshold, despite not exceeding 50% of their plan minutes.
Annual subscriptions offer a cost-effective solution, equivalent to receiving two months free compared to monthly billing.
Refunds for annual plans are available within the first 30 days of the subscription start date.
A full refund is granted if the user has used less than 50% of their allocated minutes or less than 100 minutes within the first month.
A prorated refund is issued if more than 50% of the allocated minutes or more than 100 minutes have been used within the first month, covering the remaining 11 months.
User A: Chooses an annual plan with 150 minutes per month, uses 60 minutes within 10 days. User A is eligible for a full refund as they are within the usage limits.
User B: Selects an annual plan with 2000 minutes per month, uses 400 minutes within 10 days. User B will receive a prorated refund for the remaining 11 months.

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method and do not cover any processing fees or transaction charges incurred during the initial purchase.
