What's the maximum file size I can upload?
We support files up to 5GB in size. For larger files, we recommend splitting them into smaller segments or contacting our support team for assistance with bulk processing options.
Can I export transcripts in different formats?
Yes! You can export your transcripts in multiple formats including TXT, DOCX, PDF, SRT (for subtitles), and VTT. We also provide timestamped transcripts and speaker identification when available.
Do you support multiple languages?

Will my content appear in AI models?

How long do you keep my files?
By default, we store your transcripts for as long as you have an active account. You can delete individual transcripts or all your data at any time from your account settings. We also keep optimised version of your audio file to enable playback with the transcript.

How do I transcribe a Microsoft Teams meeting?

Where does Teams save meeting recordings?
Regular meetings go to the OneDrive of the person who started the recording, in a folder called Recordings. Channel meetings are saved to the team's SharePoint site instead.
Is this better than the built-in Teams transcription?
