It's waiting too long to get started doing the thing.

So many first-time founders I talk to spend months or years planning for the perfect moment to start a startup, or imagining their product, or doing lots of means about it, but never once actually building a thing and getting 1 user.

And so if you're a first time founder and you're able to build a thing such that you get 1 user or customer, you're now in like the top 10%, man.

And so I would just encourage you, if you're a first time founder, to power through and get to that point where you get 1 real user for your product.
