After you finish expressing your regret, now you need to express your goodwill.

Please Hashem, help me, assist me not to fall to the same place again.

Express your heart, please help me to keep Shabbat from now on, that I will never fail in Shabbat, that I'll have the merit to respect the Shabbat and on.

And then we need to accept on ourselves not to do the same thing again.
