I have talked about this donation-business model in many of my videos.

It was in 2017 when the Modi government introduced this electoral bonds scheme.

And made it a means of collecting chanda for political parties.

Finance Minister Arun Jaitley today announced the contours of electoral bonds for funding of political parties.

special thing is that everything is done in this scheme in secret from the public.

We didn't have to know how much money which companies would give to which parties.

Those who were following this news at that time, they already understood that there is going to be a big scam here.

7 years ago, I had made this video and had openly said 22nd March 2017, Corruption

The company doesn't need to tell which political party it is donating its money to.

We should thank the Supreme Court for declaring this scheme unconstitutional after 7 years.

And all the frauds that happened in these 7 years, are now coming out and we are able to find out.

Recently, in the India Today Conclave, Home Minister Amit Shah openly lied about electoral bonds.

He said that total bonds were sold for Rs.

The Indian People's Party got approximately 6,000 crore bonds.

There was also a TV news anchor sitting in front of him who was eating elephant's Khichdi.

Either he forgot or he didn't have the courage to fact check Amit Shah.

Because as per ECI data, the total bonds were not of ₹20,000 crores but of ₹12,700 crores.

Between April 2019 and January 2024, when they were cashed.

Out of this ₹12,000 crores, BJP had a bond of ₹6,000 crores which is 47.5%.

In the meantime, the second party was Trinamool Congress which got Rs.

But I will list the rest of the list as well.

And the other parties, RJD, AAP, JDS, SKM, NCP, all of them got donations of 30-70 crore.

After looking at this list, many BJP politicians and Godi influencers make excuses that BJP is a very big party, more than 300 MPs, so many MLAs, thousands of party workers.

are getting more donations, it is justified.

This means BJP is not as bad as other parties.

As I told you earlier, the scam is that you give me donation, I will give you business.

If you don't give me donation, I will give you ED's fund.

But in itself, giving or taking donation is not a scam.

But if they are given a contract in return for the donation, they are given public tax money, and those companies that don't give donations, they are given a loan of ED.

Think about it, Vijay Mallya or Nirav Modi will say that we have such a big company, so many employees, that's why we have looted so much money.

But if you calculate the amount of money looted by the employees, we are not such big thieves.

And people don't object that why did Vijay Mallya earn so much money.

The objection is that why should people earn money by looting it?

Similarly, no 1 has a problem with why the BJP took a donation.

The problem is that to take a donation, they played a big extortion racket, blew the drums of democracy and looted the people's money.

The open lie that Amit Shah had spoken, the same lies were repeated by BJP politician R.P.

And ANI, Dainik Jagran, India Today, all of them published this lie without checking.

Forget about catching lies, India Today has even put a headline, Amit Shah Blasts Opposition.

And then they cry and ask why we are called Godi Media.

Before going into the details of the scam, let's understand how these electoral bonds worked.

You can basically understand an electoral bond like a coupon.

The company used to go to the bank and pay and buy these coupons.

And These coupons were given to the political parties.

And the political parties could redeem the coupons.

And they could access the money kept in the bank.

The rule was that if any political party didn't encash their electoral bond, didn't redeem the coupons, then within 15 days, the money of the unclaimed bond will go to the Prime Minister Relief Fund.

When this electoral bond scheme was launched, there was a journalist who thought that this should be investigated in more depth.

And to test it, she bought 2 electoral bonds herself.

She went to the SBI's Parliament branch and on 5th April and 9th April 2018, she bought 2 electoral bonds.

At that time, she was working for the Quint Media Organisation.

The video she uploaded on her channel, you can see that the name of the buyer was not written on the electoral bond.

Nor was there any other detail mentioned about who bought it.

It looked like both the bonds he bought were exactly the same.

Here it is written 5th April and here it is written 9th April.

Apart from these 2 things, there is no difference in the

But when they sent 1 bond for forensic testing, it was found that there is a secret unique alphanumeric number in every bond.

This secret number can only be seen under the ultraviolet light.

This was a very shocking thing because this disclosure was another lie of the Modi government.

The government was still saying that whoever buys electoral bonds, we will hide their identity.

When this was made public, the finance ministry openly had to admit that there is a secret unique number here.

But then they started saying that We know this number but it is a security feature.

No donation can be tracked through this number and no 1 can be found out who is the buyer.

The Finance Minister late Arun Jaitley repeatedly raised this point in the Parliament debate.

He started reassuring the opposition parties that no 1 would know who the donor is and who is donating money to him.

He said that he has such a big heart that he takes care of the opposition while making laws.

This was also a lie of the Modi government.

Retired Navy officer Lokesh Batra filed an RTI and he got a file from the Finance Ministry.

There were some other records that were reviewed by HuffPost India.

In all of these, the SBI explained that without recording the serial numbers, it would be impossible to trail the audit.

How would the bank know if a bond is being forged or not?

Even if a fake bond is made, it can go to the bank.

Then in January 2018, a notification comes, which is written in Section 6-4.

The SBI will have to give the details of the electoral bond to the law enforcement agencies if they ask.

If the SBI never had those details, if actually no 1 wanted to know the donor details, then how would this rule work?

This means that if the ADCBI wanted, they could always find out which electoral bond, which company has donated.

We already know that agencies like ADCBI have become a puppet in the hands of the government.

This means that 3 things have become very clear.

First, the public never had to know how much donation is given to which political party, which company gives donation, how much amount is given.

All information was hidden from the public.

Second, opposition political parties also didn't have to know which companies and how much donation is given to BJP.

They just had to know about their donations.

And third, the BJP government knows everything.

Who is donating, how much, which political parties are being donated.

All the information of the companies is always with the government.

For the Modi government, it has become a secret weapon against the opposition.

And most of the opposition parties didn't know about it until recently.

On 15th February, when the Supreme Court declared this scheme unconstitutional, a petition was responsible for it.

A petition filed by the CPIM political party, and the NGOs Common Cause and Association for Democratic Reforms, the NGOs called ADR.

Advocate Prashant Bhushan was arguing on their behalf against this scheme.

So these are some other organizations and people we should thank for which this scam was exposed.

The Supreme Court said a lot of things about this scheme.

First, the public has the right to know how much donation is given to political parties and who gives that donation.

This electoral bond scheme was against the right to information of the public.

And second, the Supreme Court expressed its concern regarding this donation business model.

The court said that these contributions can be made purely as business transactions.

Companies are donating donations to get some benefit in return.

On the basis of all this, the court asked the SBI to release the data.

Give me a share of the destruction of the country.

In the beginning, the SBI made a lot of excuses that it will take 3 months and we can do it after the election.

But when the court gave the order again, the data was released within 2 days.

And this data was published on the website of the Election Commission.

This data which was published on the website of the administration, is divided into 2 different lists.

The first list tells us which companies and which people bought electoral bonds for how much money.

And the second list tells us which political parties in cashed how many electoral bonds.

But the SBI very cleverly didn't reveal the secret numbers.

Without them, it was not possible to connect the 2 lists exactly.

Once again, the Supreme Court scolded the SBI that they cannot publish the data in a selective manner.

Then they were told that they have to publish the entire data by 21st March.

Now the rest of the political parties in the country knew the list of their donors.

So 10 political parties themselves put their list in front of the public.

That we reveal our data publicly, whether the SBI does it or not.

These parties are Samajwadi Party, Aam Aadmi Party, National Congress Party, JDU, JDS, DMK, ADMK, JKNC, a party of Goa, MGP and SDF of Sikkim.

I would also like to mention 4 political parties above them who have never accepted electoral bonds as a matter of principle.

They are CPI, CPIM, All India Forward Block and CPIML.

These parties can be criticized on some other issue, but their stand on this issue is commendable.

And the other political parties that accepted the electoral bonds, their leaders say that we accepted them because we thought that this scheme has come, so let's use it, thinking that our donors will not have any problem.

Anyway, just taking donation doesn't mean that it's a scam.

You will say, but you also benefited from the electoral bond.

So, we are not in a situation to give a contract or sell a public sector company, or use EDI and CBI to threaten them and get their money back.

Okay, so only the rich will give the bond.

The rich is the 1 who is a contractor, who is big in trade, business, industry, he can only give the loan.

So you have understood the theory, now let's come to the practical.

Among all these frauds, there are 3 entities involved.

It can be the BJP in the central government or any other party whose state government it is.

Second, big companies that have donated donations through the electoral bond.

The box under the political party is the donation box.

The box under the company is the box of the company's money.

And the third box under the public is the box of the public money.

Now imagine if the government takes money from the public's box and puts it in the company's box.

And in return, the company takes money from its own box and puts it in the party's box through electoral bonds.

In Haryana, there's a story of a Jain thief who loots money from the rich and distributes it among the poor.

But this electoral bond scam, here, the common people are being robbed of their money and given to the rich.

Let's understand it with 3 strong examples.

Not paying taxes means that our public doesn't get any money.

This means that government employees won't get their salaries on time.

School and hospital conditions won't be improved.

Because the public's money that was used for the welfare of the public is getting less.

Now in such cases, if a company is not paying its taxes, then what should the government do?

That you give chanda to our political party and the money you have stolen from the public, go to hell.

Whatever you are doing, we will let you do it and silence our ED.

In the list of electoral bonds, look at the top 5 donor companies.

Out of these 5, 3 companies are Future Gaming, Mega Engineering and a mining giant, Vedanta.

All these companies were raided by ED and Income Tax.

In fact, The Quint analyzed the top 30 donors and found that out of the top 30, 14 companies were raided by the agencies.

1 thing is that the company didn't do anything wrong.

But in such a case, the government said, what if you are honest?

This is the reason why Congress politician Rahul Gandhi called PM Modi as a brother.

But the second case could be that the company actually did money laundering or did fraud.

But the government said, you are doing money laundering, stealing tax, stealing public money, no problem, steal it.

Some people will say that this is a chanda dhanda model.

The first problem is that the government's money is public money.

Rules have been made on how the government should spend that money.

Rule 21 of General Financial Rules says, Any officer should be as cautious while spending public money as a normal person is when he is spending his own money.

The government cannot give a contract of any public project to any company at will.
