Nice 1 guys so basically I've got some cayenne pepper and I just wake up in the kitchen and tell myself and also I just did a lime I'm gonna be using a key lime now I'm gonna tell you something this is something which guys can help to fix the gut You need to look after the gut.

And I'm always mentioned many times over and over, looking after the gut is 1 of the most important things.

So this morning, we've got the whole good cayenne pepper.

You know me, I always do my cayenne pepper water in the morning and I aim to stomach are you know so what we're gonna do we're going to grab our glass right here and now so what I'm gonna do I'm gonna grab roughly bought see this is Make sure and I'm doing it right you're off about a teaspoon off the good cayenne pepper I'm gonna put a straight inside of a cup All right, so once you put the cayenne pepper in the cup and what you want to do put this aside I'm going to get some water and we're going to put some water in the cup like this and I'm going to put roughly about a teaspoon of lime juice into it like this.

All right guys, once you put that inside of it what you want to do, you want to give it a mix.

Some people put honey inside of it but my advice I just don't want to put any honey inside of it I just want to drink it as natural as I can with just the water and a good old cayenne pepper if you're using organic cayenne pepper I would recommend you using organic when you can get that in the supermarket or your health shop but you need to look at the product very good before you even buy it because I'm not gonna turn the camera around and because I just wake up and I just feel really rough and I didn't brush my teeth I didn't do nothing I said to myself I want to get this first thing in my stomach before I do anything.

But I have my devotion first, to be honest with you.
