Welcome back to this video and today we're going to be speaking about a hot new topic which is AI, SaaS and Social Media Marketing Agency. Make sure to stick around for the secret automation I'm going to show you in this video. So we're going to be covering all 3 of them because AI is expanding, people are talking about social media agencies or AI agencies and also automation agencies. But nobody is really digging deep into what are the pros and cons between the 2 and which 1 would be great for you to start based on your personal situation. So the first 1 we're going to look at is Social Media marketing agency which is SMMA on the left hand side.

Speaker 1

00:00:33 - 00:01:05

Now it's outdated and oversaturated. There are lots of people offering these services to businesses and companies so they are desensitized to this offer and most of them have in house people to manage this anyway. So the next 1 we're looking at is cost per acquisition and that's in terms of time and money. So if you're running ads and you're spending money to get those ads seen, how much is it going to cost you to acquire that customer and how much of your time is going to be needed for you to invest to close the deal. And whenever you're going into a business, you should also think about the value ladder.

Speaker 1

00:01:05 - 00:01:31

Because the value ladder is what enables you to upsell your services. You should always be able to think in terms of weight. If I get a customer in for a certain price, whether it's time or money, am I going to be able to increase my ROI by offering them something else in the value chain? So final conclusion for social media marketing agency is it's not worth it. So moving on to the next business model which is SaaS.

Speaker 1

00:01:31 - 00:01:57

So software as a service. A lot of people are creating basic applications, integrating chatGPT and saying hey, we've got a new service we want to offer and we want to charge X amount with no real thought behind it. This is a fad, this is not going to get them anywhere and 99% failure rate. If they do get a couple of customers, great, but it's definitely going to plateau. So the first point we're going to look at are running costs are high to start.

Speaker 1

00:01:57 - 00:02:27

Now what I mean by that, in the grand scheme of things, they're not high. But to start, for example, if you need to use GoHighLevel to provide the SaaS services and CRM, then you're looking at $295 or even $395 for the full SaaS package. And you're looking at other software such as Capri, that will be another $100 to start. So you're looking at about $500 a month past your 14 or 30 day trial depending on who you go with. Now I'm not knocking the SaaS model completely because there is value there.

Speaker 1

00:02:27 - 00:02:58

But I'm just saying if you're starting from 0 with no budget that's not really going to be viable unless you learn to sell it first. Now there is an element where you're able to go out, you don't have to sign up to anything, try to get clients, sell the service, understand what you're selling and then when it comes to the monthly payments you've already signed 3 or 4 people on. Great. But what is the limitation there? You're just selling a SaaS product but you want to leverage AI which is what's taking the industry by storm.

Speaker 1

00:02:58 - 00:03:17

So the next thing is customer support. Either you're going to hire somebody who's a real person or you're going to use a chatbot to take care of all the queries. But either way it has to be overlooked by a person as much as possible. If you're successful and you're hiring a lot of people, that's going to be a sunk cost in your business that you're going to have to absorb. But that's something you're going to have to think about.

Speaker 1

00:03:17 - 00:03:35

So the next is a limited value ladder. There's only going to be a certain amount you can charge for your SaaS application. As great as that may be for some, and you could be totally happy with that, but just know that you can plateau after that. So is a SaaS company worth setting up in 2023? My answer would have to be no.

Speaker 1

00:03:35 - 00:04:05

Now the third 1 we're looking at is automation agency which uses AI. Now why I'm in favor of this is because AI is a unsaturated market as it is. Everybody is scrummaging around trying to find their feet and how they can leverage it for their benefit and their company. It's a totally blue ocean as opposed to the others which are saturated red oceans. Moving on to the value ladder, there are multiple ways you can add value here, there are upsells which are not restricted by price or how many people you can get through the door.

Speaker 1

00:04:05 - 00:04:46

Every single client that comes through the door you can analyze their business and 100% if you know what you're doing in the automation game you can 100% add value to every single business coming through your doors, no matter what industry or niche they're in. So moving on to the next 1, providing real value immediately. You're able to provide value for the business when they come through your door immediately because you have to get your hands dirty and understand what they are doing on the front end and back end operations. Even if you create a simple automation which is able to help them save 1 hour a day which is 7 hours a week that is huge. You are creating value and you're showing them you respect their time and money.

Speaker 1

00:04:46 - 00:05:44

Now does that mean you cannot sell them or upsell them as part of your value ladder, software as a service or social media marketing services? No, you're free to do that because now you've got through the doors with a lower ticket price, you've sold them on something, you've showed them that you can add value, now if you turn around and tell them, hey your social media I can actually boost this by x, y and z, or I could do some automations which could save you time so you could focus on growing another area of your business, they will trust you and you're more likely to close that because of the value you've added already. So I'm not speaking about the same AI automation agency that other people on YouTube are speaking about, such as a chatbot or just Facebook advertising. I'm not knocking that, but what I'm saying, automation At the heart of it is where you're going to save the business time and money in its processes and it automatically involves social media, chatbots and everything in between. Think of it as a bolt on service as opposed to the service.

Speaker 1

00:05:44 - 00:06:12

So is an AI automation agency worth to start in 2023? My answer is yes. Now what you've been waiting for, the automation that I'm going to be building out and showing you step by step in my next video how you could replicate the same or better still just download the template for free. So what these purple boxes are, it shows how we're going to build the automation for an organization or a company to use. Now it doesn't matter what niche they're in because this is replicatable throughout any industry.

Speaker 1

00:06:13 - 00:06:44

It starts with a news source which is automatically scraped. Now this could be in gaming, health or wellness it doesn't matter. Next we're going to connect chatGPT and what it will do chatGPT will write it out in 2 different forms. The first will be a blog where it will write out the blog at a set amount of characters or whatever parameters that you set it to be and it will post the blog automatically. Once it posts the blog it will then tweet out a shortened version for a tweet with the relevant hashtag and also make sure both of them are SEO optimized for your industry.

Speaker 1

00:06:45 - 00:07:12

Now I've put my Twitter handle under the header, the reason for that is we're going to be doing a giveaway and creating a VIP group where I'm giving away all of these automations for free where you can resell them or use them for your clients. So make sure to follow the Twitter so you don't miss out. We're building a community about creators for creators. So I hope this made sense to you. This is a channel where we empower creators to take control of their own future by utilising and leveraging the tools that are out there today.
