I hope you're doing well out there and I am as I always say excited about this particular podcast today because I want to be able to help you take another step forward in what it is that you're doing with your ideal customer or client or if you're working on putting some things together what you really should have and 1 of those things is a framework.

A framework really is a methodology that you usually it usually has a graphic to it and it's showing how you go about Doing what it is you do.

So for example my 0 to 1 framework has 4 parts and the first part is your Your expertise the second part is your business The third part is your fulfillment and the fourth part is your traffic.

Like that's the framework I use to help my clients begin to launch what it is that they want to do, right?

And put that, put the foundation together.

We can put everything that the foundation is for starting your coaching or consulting program through that particular framework right and we can stand on it.

I have all the parts in there and I have a process by each from each of those pieces of that framework to take people through, right?

So you want to have a visual because that sets you apart from the competition.

You're like, if people wanted to know, well, how do you go about doing what it is?

Well, you're going to tell them your framework.

If you wanted to do a quick talk with someone, you can show them your framework.

You could draw your framework on a napkin.

It should be simple, easy to understand, easy to digest, and it's all yours, right?

And again, it's going to help people to understand the problem that you're going to solve, what you're going to do to help them to do.

So let me tell you some of the steps that you can take to developing your framework.

Hopefully this podcast will be pretty short for you.

First and foremost, when you're thinking about developing a framework, you really have to think about how you are solving the problem.

What are the parts that you need to help people to solve their problem, right?

And most of the time, you don't want to have like 10 parts to your framework because no one's really going to remember that, right?

You remember like the 5 dysfunctions of a team.

I forget what his name is that does that.

You have Stephen Covey's The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, right?

So that number 5 to 7 is really a good place to be able to stay within when you're talking about a framework.

I think it's what the 5 love languages, Chapman does that, I think it's the 5 love languages, those are frameworks.

There are some very, very popular ones that are out there, I've just mentioned a few, and they are able to take and build their business on that type of thing.

And so what they're doing is they're saying, from A to Z, what are we doing that's gonna solve your problem, right?

If Stephen Covey is talking about the 7 habits of highly effective people, I think he did do a book or add to it and he has an 8 habit, but they were, whoever said, this is highly effective people, This is what you need to do to be highly effective.

These are the 5 dysfunctions of a team, right?

So if your team is dysfunctional, you don't want them to be dysfunctional.

These are things you don't want to have, right?

Because those numbers are something that is memorable.

And the framework is going, is an easy way to be able to explain without saying a lot again how you go about doing what it is you're doing right you.

1 1 of the things you need to do is you need to be able to define the why the problem exists, then go about how you fix it, right?

So you have to be able to define this is the problem.

So this is the problem when people are launching, they don't have, you know, they don't have a good handle on what their expertise is.

Like how do you actually set up your business?

And that's going to be directly related to the type of coach, the type of consulting, who you're who is, all of that type of stuff.

So you want to be able to know what the problem is and how you go about fixing the problem, right?

And 1 of the ways that the 1 I like to do a framework I like to start it out kind of like I'm outlining a training that I'm doing this is actually how I write my courses is I go about and I said, okay, by the end of this course, the people will be able to do what, right?

So I have to be able to say what that is.

And then I go about outlining the, generally speaking, you know, 5 to 7, 5 to 8, different things that I need to do to be able to get to that end result, right?

So I do it like that and then I look at that I say can something be eliminated?

And then I go about saying in each of those parts what's included and then I keep asking myself, am I missing something, am I missing something?

I like then to go on the internet and I need to start Googling some things about, you know, in essence of what it is I'm doing.

So like when I was putting my framework together, I was looking at what are the things that people need when they start in a business, right?

And I kept reading things and reading things and reading things like, yeah, I got that, I got that, I got that, oh, I didn't have that part and that needs to fit under here, right?

So this is really how I go about doing it.

Now, sometimes, you know, I write courses in different ways.

I have, you know, a limiting belief 14 day challenge.

Well, because there were 14 things I wanted to say.

So you can have those things and just don't let that confuse you.

You just wanna be able to say, what are these 5 to seven-ish things that I can put in my frame or it could be a little bit less and it could be a little bit more, but you wanna start with that.

And you want to be able to group them into ways or into categories that are going to be digestible, okay?

Now I heard a coach of mine say, and I think that this is just not his but but he has said it to you know it's it's on the internet it wants to be Meche.

Mutually exclusive and collectively exhaustive.

It needs to be mutually exclusive and collectively exhaustive.

That means that you have to, that means that if I have 4 parts, for example, to my framework, that they're all mutually exclusive, like part 1 is not in part 2, and part 2 is not in part 3, and so on and so forth, right?

And collectively exhaustive means that I have everything that I need in these 4 parts, right?

So you're not missing anything, and 1, the parts are all separate parts.

You wanna think about it like that, right?

Then what you do is you want to come up with a graphic or a name right you want to come up with a name for it right mine is the 0 to 1 framework right and I and I've had some I've had several I've done frameworks for a long long long time And because I know that when you have a visual on it, it gives you a lot more credibility.

And sometimes I have circles, sometimes I have, it's three-dimensional, sometimes it's, it's squared, sometimes it's triangle, like it just depends on what your vision is for it and what it is that you want to do, but that's something to keep in mind, right?

And then what you want to do is you want to kind of refine it.

I remember in the past doing some frameworks and I was like something is just off with this.

Something is like I have 5 parts and I really don't think I need 5.

You wanna think about it that way, right?

And then what you want to be able to do is you could take that very framework and you can stretch it out.

You could put it, I did my framework in a mini training so that if anybody wants to work with me, just I mean I've told you what it is here on this particular podcast but you can go in and get a much more in-depth version of it for free on my website, shelaunchesit.com.

So it's going to give people a little taste of me, a little taste of how I train.

I'm utilizing that framework to have my, obviously it's my signature program, but I also can do some things where I can have that program for a lot longer, I can make it shorter, I could put it in a quick talk, right?

So when you're thinking about putting it together, you can do it like that and then make sure you have a great image for it.

Most of the time I don't do my image to my framework.

I have, but I've also gotten some help and I've also paid someone, like I go into fiverr.com, F-I-V-E-R-R.com, and I've gotten someone on there just to give me a quick graphic of what it needs to look like and all the different parts I want, and it has been absolutely fantastic.

I've never gone wrong with that, because once I have it, it's the colors that I want, it has the words I want, I can change some things, then I'm good to go.

But once I have that, then I can put that wherever I want, I can talk about it wherever I need to.

That's what I'm encouraging you to do, is to be able to develop your own image with, or your own framework, and have an image with your framework for your signature program.

Because you don't want to, I don't want you to have so many things that are out there, like you're starting and you're doing a bunch of different courses and a bunch of different programs.

And now I'm like, I'm keeping my vision slim and I am staying in the vein of what it is I'm doing.

I'm telling you, you are going to go much farther, much faster if you do it that way.

And not allow yourself to be all over the place because putting a framework together, it also, not only will it help you to define what you're doing for your ideal customer or client, it's gonna help you stay skinny on what it is that you're doing as well, right?

It's going to help you to stay in the margins.

It's going to help keep you heading in the right direction and making it better and better and better.

And just remember this, where you start at with your framer doesn't have to be where you end.

As I said, Stephen Covey had 7 habits of highly affected people for a long time and then he came up with the eighth habit.

I think that he came up with the eighth habit quite a while after he did the 7 habits And that's okay because we should be growing and evolving.

We should decide that, oh, you know, it can be something, it can add something else.

And then maybe your framework, the first time out of the box, It's great.

You know, I've changed things so many times you guys and I'm telling you that that is absolutely okay It is absolutely okay But make sure that your framework is helping you to take your ideal customer or your ideal client from A to Z, from the problem to the solution, from what their challenge is to the transformation you can give them.

I'm not talking here about how long it will take them.

That's a different conversation for a different day.

I'm talking about the methodology that you utilize to help them to get the transformation and to get the results that they want.

You want to put it in your own signature framework.

You put your own shape to it, and you call that thing is your own.

And I encourage you to look at other frameworks.

If you are looking at frameworks, or you're looking at, you're developing a framework, and let's just say you're developing 1, or you're trying to develop 1 in a crowded market, right?

Like if I'm thinking about fitness, my God, there's all kind of Tybo that just popped in my head.

You know, Sean T has a lot of different trainings and there's everything.

Pilates, everybody has their Methodology of how they go about doing what it is.

Yes that that feels a little different But it's really the same They all have they call it their own thing.

They say this is how we do it and that's what they stick with So you want to have that for yourself because I'm telling you that's going to put you in another stratosphere That's what I want to encourage you with today.

I told you this podcast right here was going to be short I just want to encourage you.

I want to pray the blessings of favor over your life so that you can get where you want to go with your business.

I'm praying that God continues to bless you and keep you and that he continues to open your mind to seeing that you have the things that you need in front of you and what you don't know you can get.
