Well, let's see where we're going to start.

If y'all pull scriptures up, I'll be in the New King James if y'all have that available.

Oh, King Jimmy, my tongue twists around it too much.

And I should use the old King James because that's the Bible Jesus used.

But someday I'm going to offend somebody when I say that.

I do like other translations, but I'll stay in that 1 just for simplicity's sake.

Father, I thank you and I praise you for this awesome, wonderful opportunity that we of this particular part of your body have to come together.

And I thank you, Father, that within the scope of this body, every joint supplies, every person that senses a calling to this church family, every person that has united their heart to this church family, they have a supply to bring not only to this moment, but a supply to bring to the assignment that you have placed on this church's life.

You'll help us to step into this in a deeper fashion.

You'll help us to have revelation, to begin to implement this in a more strategic manner.

And I thank you, Father God, that before we leave this place today, there's going to be a greater clarity, a greater knowing, and also a greater fortitude to administrate and execute the design of heaven in this region.

For we will no longer sit back and we will no longer be detained and delayed in bringing the kingdom of God into this territory.

This territory does not belong to the works of darkness.

I don't care how many centuries they've been entrenched.

This territory does not belong to the enemy.

This territory belongs to the kingdom of God.

And Father, we begin to decree it and we begin to declare it And we begin to administrate it into the atmosphere everywhere we go.

And we give you the praise for the outcome of the fruit that remains.

And somebody said, whoa, praise God, I'm getting wound up in a hurry.

Romans 1-11 says this, for I'll give you all a title for this message here in a minute.

For I long to see you that I might impart a spiritual gift to you that you may be established, if I'm not mistaken, Yeah, I can read it up there.

I like what 1 translation says, that you might receive fresh strength.

How many of y'all could use a little more strength?

Where America is right now in its society, not just its political system, but in society as a whole, we need fresh strength because we're meeting resistance.

But resistance doesn't mean you're not going the right direction.

Most of the time, resistance means you are, and I'll deal with that a little bit later.

Of course, if I skipped to there real quick, that's 30 minutes saved, But I don't know if we can fill in all the gaps that easy before then.

For I long to see you, the apostle says, that I might impart to you some spiritual gifts so that you may be established and receive fresh strength.

That word there, spiritual gift, is pneumaticos charisma.

Pneumaticos, we see the word pneuma in, which means spirit, and you're probably very familiar with that.

If it's a spiritual, I've got to be careful.

If it's a spiritual force, if it's a spiritual implement, it's eternal because things out of that realm are eternal in their nature.

So when he says, I might impart spiritual gifts to you, he's not talking about temporary faculties.

He's talking about things that are eternal in their value and they're eternal in their working.

Pneumaticos charisma, that word Charisma means several different things, but 1 of the definitions I like to bring out with this particular verse, it means miraculous

my mission today that the Lord has prompted me in my heart with is that I'm here to impart into your life a miraculous faculty, an eternal gifting of the Spirit of God that it's either imparted into you or it's released from you.

I don't care which direction we look at it from with, because you already have the Spirit in you, it might just be released from you.

But whatever's damning it up, whatever's keeping it from flowing, whatever's causing you to pull back instead of move forward, that's being broken today.

So that you are equipped in a new measure, in a new way, with things that your pastor has laid foundationally, that Brother Roger has laid foundationally.

This is a moment that Faith for Life Church accelerates into a new season.

And if you can grab a hold of that and you can have an expectation of that, you're going to begin to see that between now and the end of the year.

Your life is going to take on new meaning, new purpose, and new value.

For I long to see that I might impart to you some spiritual gift so that you may be established and receive fresh strength.

Now along with that, I'm going to kind of tongue and groove, put this together, a thought line the Lord gave me last year that I've been preaching in a few places this year, and that is that 2024 is the year of the open door.

And if you're going through an open door, a new door, if you're going through into something new in your life for the kingdom of God, then you need to be established and you need fresh strength to do it.

Now, 1 Corinthians chapter 16 verse 9 says this.

It's a very familiar passage of Scripture.

Y'all probably have heard it preached by preachers that are a whole lot better than me, but you're going to hear it from me today too.

In 1 Corinthians chapter 16 verse 9 it says, this is the apostle Paul speaking, he says, for a great and effective door has opened to me, and there are many adversaries." Everybody say, great.

There's a door of opportunity open for Faithlife Church.

There's a door of opportunity open for you as individual believers.

Every single 1 of you have an opportunity to step through some new doors between now and the end of the year, and it certainly won't end at the end of the year.

It's not temporary based on our calendar.

It's based on the calendar of God, which is eternal.

1 of the things as I was meditating on this last night and looking at it, the Lord kept bringing a word up in my thoughts very, very consistently, Pastor.

And it's a thought that I haven't really brought out that much when I've shared this particular message, and that is the thought of favor.

There is a favor that is being attached to your lives like none you have ever experienced before.

It is a favor that is for you collectively, but it is also a favor that is for you individually.

You say, well, if it, you know, I hope it, no, no, You can't hope this happens.

a collective body, and he's opening doors for you as individuals.

And I've got to be careful because there's so much running through my spirit right now and that prophetic pull is kind of pulling me off into this.

Some of you that have businesses, you can expect an acceleration in your business that's going to blow your mind.

It's going to, it's almost going to be, dear God, this is so much I can't even handle all of it.

And he's going to give you a schematic on how to handle it, on how to administrate it, to where you're not spending 80 hours a week at work, but you're able to work a normal work life, and it'd be a blessing to you instead of a curse.

Some of you may have been thinking about starting a new business.

I'm telling you, this is gonna be a season for you to give serious, serious consideration of that as you follow the leading of the Holy Spirit in your life.

As a church, you're going to begin to experience favor in this community like you've never seen it before.

Right now, people may think, that's the weird church over on whatever street this is.

And sometimes you'll see them do a little of that.

Of course, you know, with the worship music we sang this morning, I wasn't dancing, but sometimes you'll see them on their knees and you'll hear people, Sada Gada Bashi.

I am bilingual and I'm much better in the language of the Spirit than I am in English.

I butcher English, but I'm perfect when it comes to the language of the Spirit.

And when you pray in the Spirit, it's perfect because the Spirit...

But I'm just telling you from a prophetic edge right now that I sense there is a favor that is attached to you like none you have ever experienced before.

Because I came through a door this morning when I came into this building.

I could have stood there and looked at the door and said, my, isn't that a pretty door?

I've never seen a door with handles on it like that before.

I can see right into where I'm going, and it looks inviting, but I do not get to enjoy what's on the other side of the door until I walk through it.

Some of y'all have been sitting too long in the same position.

In fact, some of y'all have been sitting in the same seat so long, it's got form just for you.

So maybe it's time to go through a new door.

Maybe, you know, I could do church flip-flop right now, have everybody move to another seat, but I'm going to be kinder than that.

Now let me share with you some of these doors real quick.

You're going to have the doors of opportunity to witness to people you've never witnessed to before.

You're going to have doors of opportunity to share the goodness of God with people that you've been working with for years and years in your life.

You're going to have opportunity to walk through doors of favor in such a way that you're going to pray with people that you've never prayed with before, and they're going to sense the tangible presence of God, and they're going to come into the kingdom.

You should have gotten a lot more excited about that than what you did.

Because, guys, I don't care how much money you have in the bank, how many cars you have in the garage, how many houses you have at the lake.

I don't care if you have 5 boats, I don't care.

You can't take it with you, but what you can take with you are the people right now that are driving down the street that don't have a clue who Jesus Christ is, that are going to split hell wide open if somebody doesn't walk through the door of opportunity and give them Jesus Christ.

And that's some of what you're going to see happen starting today.

It's just there's going to be an acceleration.

You're going to be aware of it in a more clear fashion.

There's going to be more obviousness to it.

You're going to be walking in, do y'all have Walmart?

Okay, I didn't know if that was just a southern thing.

Because you go to Walmart and you could see just about anything.

I've gone to Walmart before and say, honey, it's a little late in the day, 3 o'clock in the afternoon, you just got out of bed because you're still in your pajamas.

And yeah, those fuzzy slippers, Man, that's a dead giveaway.

And God's gonna start highlighting people when you go to Walmart or to the rural food place, the feed, whatever that.

I thought it was a place to buy groceries and then I noticed it I had all the farm implements and all that outside something.

Oh, well, I don't need to stop there We got tractor supply down where I live You got 1 of those 2, all right But you're gonna go in you're gonna go into these places and God's going to start highlighting people to you and you're going to have the opportunity to walk over to them and say,

I know this sounds so strange and I've been known to be kind of a crazy guy, so please forgive me.

If you'll allow me to, I'd like to pray for you.

Don't ask them why, don't ask them what, just start praying.

And then all of a sudden what's been imparted into your life which is the Nematakos Charisma, which is a spiritual, miraculous faculty, when you start praying, give me your name 1 more time, Chriselda.

I thank you for what you're doing in Chriselda's life, that today, for whatever reason, you decided to have somebody crazy like me talk to Chriselda.

And Father, I thank you right now that the presence of your Spirit just begins to overshadow Chriselda.

these issues in life that she's struggling with right now.

She's not sure how she's going to come out of them.

She's not sure what the outcome's going to be.

Father, I thank you right now those things begin to change and they begin to shift.

Some of these family issues that are very uncomfortable and are not the way they should be, I think they're gonna start lining out the way you want them to be.

And I thank you, Father, that even right now, Chrysalda is sensing your love, she's sensing your presence, she's sensing you in a way that maybe she's never sensed you before,

You're on your phone keeping up with the scriptures.

I believe believers put Bibles on their phone.

See, you just start praying over somebody.

See, what you are, okay, let me say it like this.

Let's pretend, total pretend, Criselda is a dead battery.

And out here is the motor, a generator, a charger, Better word, battery charger.

That battery charger can't charge up her battery unless something brings connection.

What brings a connection between the charger and the battery?

I've got another hand on the battery that needs charging.

And when that happens, what's in the eternal realm flows through you into that person's life and begins to bring to them life in their area of deadness.

When did it say preachers were supposed to do this kind of stuff?

Believers are supposed to do this kind of stuff.

Believers will lay hands on the sick and the recovered.

But we look at them being the, oh, 0, you went to Ramah.

Now he's releasing it out of himself, and he's giving it to you so you can start releasing it.

I'm a connection between the eternal realm and the temporary realm so the temporary realm becomes influence or completely changed by the eternal 1.

You just draw a line and say, I'm crossing the chicken line.

What an opportunity to minister to the love of Jesus to people, especially on Sundays.

Because most of the Christians been in there are such tight wads, they won't give

Well, maybe if you'd tip them 20%, they'd give a little better service because you don't know what they dealt with with their last customer.

Boy, it got quiet in this Presbyterian church all of a sudden.

See, we relegate our Christianity to when we walk in the doors of this church and we're all in here singing kumbaya.

We relegate walking with Jesus with every now praying over our meal.

Walking with Jesus is not at our convenience.

Walking with Jesus is an eternal aspect of our relationship with Him that should be going on every second of our life.

And we make ourselves available for him to flow through us and touch anybody that he's leading us toward.

And it shouldn't take hitting us with a baseball bat to get us to realize he wants us to minister to people.

For there's a great and effectual door of opportunity open to me.

Paul said, yeah, but what if I walk through that door and I'm going to have all kind of issues happen and people reject me and all that?

And there's much resistance, many adversaries.

It's not even a spiritual door sitting there.

And God is warning us to know that as he did with the Apostle Paul, he's doing it with us.

There's a great and effectual door of opportunity open for Faithlife Church.

Because he did say there's many adversaries.

That's 0.1, whatever point you want to call it.

I'm trying to pull out a few the thoughts that I have on my note page.

You'd have to ask for the gift of interpretation.

I've gotten offline too so far in 30 minutes.

In James chapter 4 verse 7 it says this, I love these first 2 words, therefore, I got 5 of y'all willing to say it, Therefore, that's a third grade word, maybe second grade.

Man, it takes 3 of them to keep me straight.

I'll know I hadn't crossed the line if he doesn't push that red button, it cuts me off.

God's given you a greater power than him, and he can't resist you.

I am looking forward to the day that I've got a body that's material and can still walk through a wall.

Of course, then I won't need to walk through walls because there won't be any.

Y'all just, you know, he's that weird preacher.

If he ever comes back, I'm gonna bring my weird friends because they'll like him.

turn over to it because I've got a few notes written in that.

That word submit means to surrender to, be subordinate to, obey, be subservient to, and to be subject to.

So submission doesn't just affect your outward response.

has to be something that's also internal.

The classic little poster that probably all of y'all have seen is the little boy sitting in the corner, getting punished because he did something wrong, and he said, I may be sitting down on the outside, but I'm not sitting down on the inside.

Submission in following Christ first starts in the heart, then it affects the outside.

I literally, and I'm not saying I'm doing it like Paul did, but I'm certainly wanting to get that direction.

I've made myself a bond slave to the Lord Jesus Christ.

And that bothers Americans because we're independent.

Well, your customers tell you what to do.

And if you don't cater to the customers a little bit, soon you won't have a business.

See, all this is inward where it starts and moves outward, but there is that submission to God, submission to His character, submission to His nature, submission to his call, submission to his design for your life, submission to his assignment, his mandate, his purpose for us, and well, I'm not, I don't know what my purpose is.

Your purpose is called to be a believer, And believers have a job description.

These signs shall follow those who believe in my name.

Whoo, boy, that just really grates against a particular persuasion in our nation right now.

They'll lay hands on the sick and they'll recover, and if they take any deadly thing, it shall not harm them.

It's to go into all the world and share the gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ.

And if I'm submitted to the king, uh-oh, I didn't say the president.

Well, we got an election right around the corner, and it is strategic.

It is strategic, But I'm going to tell you something about the government I'm working for.

The government I'm working for works, period.

I don't care if it's a Democrat in the office or Republican in the office.

I do care from a perspective of godly principles.

But from the standpoint of who's governing, you cannot stop the kingdom that I'm attached to.

Now, I might meet more resistance because of who gets in office.

I might have to deal with laws in the future that would try to hinder our ability or my ability to proclaim this gospel.

I've got 1 of my spiritual sons, whoo, man, this kid can preach.

Man, he preaches, I wished I could preach that good now, and he's 22 years old.
