You know, let's talk about that for a second because I think, well I know you're absolutely right because the only reason I knew you made time for the sabbaticals because I happened to catch it on your blog And the only reason I knew Daniel had stepped into the role of running WordPress.com was because he had posted it on his blog.

And he, yeah, he's an infrequent blogger.

But the posts that he makes, I enjoy reading tremendously.

There's not a lot to them, but the substance, like they're all substance and it's all like the exact substance that I crave.

And I think about that like, why don't I write more often?

Doesn't doesn't take a lot to write a short post, and man, it means a lot.

Well, there's something, there's a great book on this by Steven Pressfield called The War of Art.

You know, there's kind of this, almost like an existential fear to put your creative work out into the world.

It sounds like I'm being dramatic but like, it's actually like quite, it's quite something.

And whether it's a small post or a big post, and no matter how many times you've done it, I mean I've done thousands of blog posts at this point, there's always that kind of like resistance.

It is easier to just put this in a personal journal or not do it at all.

But man, the reward when you do put your work out there, when you learn and share, or when you even just share your experiences, the connection that you can have with people.

You know, someone who reads something and then they go on to start a company or they change their path or they find something you were into and it really influences them.

And for all of you who are watching, who have thought about even writing tutorials and things and stopping, and are like, oh, there's already so many of these.

There's never been 1 written by you with your perspective.

Even if you're just linking out to other references that you were using in your learning journey, that connection making is huge.

I think about this often of just being like signposts for other people that we can point to and be like, actually you want to go this way.

I went down this path, that's the wrong direction.

And that's like, even that is hugely valuable.
