I specifically specialize in helping affiliates scale and grow our work a lot with our endorsed, top influencers, celebrities, meme accounts, et cetera, to position affiliate offering in their ecosystem, to start generating trials to the platform, ultimately ending up in more commissions for yourself.

And Traditionally, if we turn somebody on to my level and they use our affiliate link, we make a commission, right?

Our commissionable items are the 97 plan, the 297 plan, the 497 plan, the white label mobile app, and then the certification program.

And then also you receive 5% if you bring on a promoter that signs up under you that wants to promote the platform as well.

You get a 5% override on whoever they bring in.

It only goes 1 tier down, so no MLMs over here.

And there's a number of people that are just crushing it on this, I think, right?

I see new things every day and new angles in terms of how they're positioning the affiliate program.

There are several people that are shut down their like million dollar year businesses to, you know, fully pursue being an affiliate for High Level because they love the idea of mostly reoccurring revenue and as well as how they're able just to position a specific solution in their ecosystem to their target audience that essentially just bridges the gap between their audience and high level giving them like a working blueprint solution to get them using a platform that can help them scale and grow their business.

So if we set up a number of sub accounts and get a number of our swim teams or our swim people involved, and then a few years down the road, it would be possible for them to then become an, you know, give them our affiliate credentials and have them switch from being a sub account to an affiliate.

I mean, to having their own account, right?

I- Yeah, that's what I was wondering is, so if we get a bunch of people started, they're liking it, and we're giving them some support, but then they wanna do it on their own, that would be a great thing for us to exit and say, hey, we're not gonna be part of this business anymore.

Eventually we could migrate them through the affiliate program and still make lifelong incomes based on them being 1 of our former customers, right?

So you help them find success with your white label and essentially you give them your affiliate link or a resource for them to, of course, your affiliate links, so

Give them your affiliate link and then you're able to do a sub account transfer from the specific sub account of a specific client over to their own white labeled, high level, Of course they don't have to white label it if they don't want to, but the ability for them to have their own high level account, we will have our 24 7 success, 24 7 support, 24 7 account management, our onboarding team, which goes through assisting our trialers to convert.

So they will be able to have an onboarding experience as they come over.

Of course, they're already aware of the platform, but it will probably be great to go through that onboarding experience.

I highly suggest it by the way, because the kickoff call, we tell all of our affiliates to send their trialers to this call specifically, because there is an opportunity where they could potentially get a incentive to convert right then and there to a paying customer.

And it ultimately depends on the rep that's in the call, but the opportunity is still there.

And also, that call, that team specifically has like a high conversion rate, it's around 70%.

Every 7 out of 10 people that enter into the kickoff calls actually convert, which is huge.

So that is a way that you can kind of bridge the gap.

If you start to bring in new people into high level that are unaware, you can bridge the gap and get them to pay sooner by just sending them to the kickoff call.

kickoff call would be for new high level customers, not for new sub account people.

The sub account people are, well, in that case, would be to the team as new high level users, because even though they're under a white label, the kickoff team wouldn't know that unless the person got on the call and say, hey, I'm coming from a white label XXYZ.

Could you help me get on board to the platform?

But ultimately, if anyone is in trial, they can go to this call and they can get whatever needs that they have addressed during the trial period in that call.

So it's mainly positioned for new users, but of course we have experts in there that is able to align with previous existing people that used to be on White Lake to the platform.

97 plan, they can have a couple of sub accounts.

It's a, yeah, 1 for their business, 1 for a client and then 1 for.

You use the third 1 for anything, but yeah.

So it's really just functionally 1 and a half or 2.

Well, well that's, I think gives us peace of mind that we can dive in this with both feet, try to kick up a lot of, interest, get people on our sub accounts.

Of course, on the white label side, you will have to support in terms of fulfillment, fulfillment of whatever the service looks like, and then as well as technical support, but in the instance, in your case, you're using Extendly to fulfill some of those needs on the affiliate side of things.

The most proven or the most used lead magnet in our ecosystem is a free course.

It's the do it yourself model where, hey, they're driving traffic to a free course, which essentially gets them upscaled into starting a trial with high level.

So it's positioning a solution or solving a problem, or it's a biz opportunity where if you wanted to take that angle, like here is an opportunity for you to start a business.

The bonuses and the incentives that affiliates usually use to get them to actually start the trial is Snapshot.

Snapshots maintain affiliate attribution and you're also able to give them a built out sub account to where they wouldn't have to go through the process of building all these things out.

And- yeah, so that's sort of 1 of the attractions for us is we have a person that does a whole swim curriculum.

So you know, it's how to how to float, you know, how to play water polo to all sorts of other courses.

And so those courses, then, like if you're a big aquatic center, you want your staff to be able to follow the courses.

And then there's the steps and levels and such.

So yeah, that would all be part of the sub-account, the course that, hey, use our swim curriculum because it's in the courses that are part of the sub account.

That's, I think the way, you know, we're trying to then position is so that we have value.

Plus you'll be able to contact all the moms and dads or the kids in the program, you know, and be able to follow them and do your billing and, you know, do your private lessons with a calendar and your classes with a calendar and stuff.

So specifically around your positioning in regards to the affiliate program, how do you see yourself actually positioning?

Like where do you see the opportunity in terms of like getting them, is it just bridging them over from a sub account to high level or is there any other way that you see that you could position an affiliate offering to where these swim companies are able to just use high-level?

Yeah well so that's sort of a question then would I let's say another person you know goes directly into the affiliate program and they got their own account, would I be able to populate their account with our course stuff?

Or, you know, like I know if there's a sub account, I can just, you know, put this, you know, course at ABC over here, but they don't want to read yet, right?

I guess there's a way to export a sub account, right?

Yes, but also you can give immediate access to, courses once someone signs up to, start a high level trial or if they become, or they start, or they're signed up, become a lead dinner trial, whatever stage works for you in terms of, or if they pay, whatever stage works for you, we have something called affiliate inbound webhooks to where you can automate your entire affiliate business on the backend.

So say for example, you know, the first step of the order form consists of company name, full name, phone number, email.

Once someone signs up there, then we webhook the information to your sub account where you house your affiliate business information and you're able to segment and build automations.

Say for example, the first step, Abandon Cart Nurture.

You can do something like that, but there's other ways you can explore the lead first step.

The second step is when they start a trial.

So when they put in their credit card information, you can give them access to additional courses or give them access to a community, et cetera.

But you're able to give them access to these things.

And as well as our customer success team can assist you in setting this up so you can actually be able to automate the fulfillment of the materials to your client.

Yeah, I'm a little bit nervous about the price.

That's gonna be the main stumbling block.

If you're a YMCA or a small team, paying $100 a month, I think it's a fair price, but that's going to be my stumbling block.

So, I'm going to have to have those sweeteners, I think, you know, hey, you're going to be, you know, members, all your staff is going to get all this training and all this other stuff, you know.

So, so now when you look at the whole grand picture, it's well worth it.

So with the affiliate inbound webhooks, do I need to have a 497 price plan?

You don't need the 497 to do inbound webhooks.

We have affiliates that are on the 97 utilizing an inbound.

You're able to use them throughout the plans.

The idea here is like, hey, if you're wanting to send people to your white label, then over the high level, that's a great strategy.

And there's also like, hey, if you're looking to just send them to high level, what would that look like for your business, your affiliate business, and kind of like how the fulfillment will look.

We already went through like, of course we haven't discussed traffic, but I'm pretty, unless you want to, but you said you driving them to high level and then fulfilling them with the course next and the additional resources that you have on your end to make it look more attractive because the price point wouldn't be too attractive initially to your audience.

But of course, I know once they see the bonuses, the value, the even probably essentially a coaching opportunity on top of it, where you're coaching them instead of building and working on their entire business for them, when you can just have high level, on our end or hire some VA's to fill specific needs to assist your community of affiliates.
