It's another another thing that I need to do to take care of It's like a bill.

Nobody likes paying a bill Especially not the electricity bill and not the rest of the bills you have to pay.

But you know the electricity bill, sometimes it's a big bill.

And the following month you'll get another 1.

You already came to terms that this bill is always gonna come in the mail whether you like it or not But you already came to terms and okay.

It's part of life now I want to focus how can I be happy because when you are happy and the the the scenery of the world is shining then the difficulties are not that's not so bad now how do I really get Serious true happiness is when the light of my soul is being revealed in the body If the light of my soul is not revealed then by default, I'll be sad?

I'll have fear and so forth The problem is that we're constantly being bothered by external excitements and we think that that's what's going to bring me my happiness.

A nicer car, a nicer phone, the new addition of the phone, a bigger car, a bigger house, a nicer vacation.

So these external disturbances that most people think that's going to cause them happiness but it doesn't cause happiness.
