Where Microsoft Teams stores your recording
Teams doesn't keep recordings inside the app. For scheduled and one-off meetings, the file lands in the Recordings folder of the OneDrive of the person who pressed record. For channel meetings, it's stored in the team's SharePoint site under Documents → Recordings.
